Health and Safety training is of key importance in all Snows operating areas. Employees are constantly updated about all aspects of Health and Safety requirements and are regularly monitored by Management. New recruits receive a basic induction on their first day followed by a comprehensive induction conducted by the companies Health and Safety office within their first four weeks.
